学员见证一：I had a reputation of easily getting angry. This anger affected my behavior and I would sometimes shout and throw the phone off my desk. my workers were afraid around me and I myself was not happy. During the course I attended Gopal suggested various methods that i could experiment with so that i could respond to my own anger in more creative ways. I understood that i had more choices and methods to release the anger and tensions. I learned to do this by myself without getting angry with other people. I soon stopped throwing the phone.

I was happier within myself, related better with others and the atmosphere in the office was more friendly and the work output greater.
学员见证三：I am a director of the company. I attended one course of Gopal and I was concerned about an important union labor meeting that was scheduled in the next week. Those union meetings were often serious and intense and i was nervous about it. I mentioned more about this in the course. Goapl gave me some methods to try out in the course, to prepare for that upcoming meeting. I learned to become more centered and grounded. I gained an inner confidence and clarity. I was very enthusiastic and pleased that I responded very well in the meeting. The negotiating with the labor union went very well and everything happened easily and quickly.
